How does personalization work at Printegy?

Teeinblue Manual personalization

Download the Teeinblue app from the Shopify App Store:

Create the desired customizable product in the Printegy app:

Check if Printegy's internal personalization feature is disabled and copy the print area dimensions for the product.

Create an artwork in Teeinblue:

Use the copied print area dimensions to create a customizable design in Teeinblue and download the finished artwork.

Upload the artwork to Printegy:

Upload the previously created artwork as a preview image design to Printegy and then publish the product on Shopify.

Connect the published product to Teeinblue:

Download the mockups for the product without designs from Printegy. Go to "New Campaign" in Teeinblue, upload the mockups, and connect the product on Shopify with the customizable design from Teeinblue.

Create the product with the sample design:

Create the customizable product you want at Printegy and use a sample design that will serve as a preview image.

Activate the personalization feature:

Activate the personalization feature by clicking "Yes" under "Product Design."

Publish the product on Shopify:

Publish the product on Shopify. Orders for this product will be paused upon receipt so you can manually upload the personalized design. You can use both built-in features and third-party apps for personalization on Shopify.
