What is the status of my order? (Understanding order statuses)

In the order section, you can view the current status of your order at any time. The progress is shown for each individual product within the order.

Overview of order statuses

Data submitted:
The product has been successfully submitted and is currently in production.

Produced:
The product has been completed and will next be packed and prepared for shipping.

Packed:
One or more items have already been packed. Shipping will take place once all products in the order are ready.

Shipped:
The order has been dispatched and is on its way to the recipient.

For orders with multiple products, it is possible that items are in different statuses at the same time. This is because each product is produced and processed individually. The status display helps you transparently track the progress of each item and always keep an overview of the current state of your order.

This feature will continue to be expanded in the future, providing an even clearer overview with additional information such as time estimates.
