How does returns management work at Printegy?
Printegy helps you manage returns easily. With our returns management, returned products are stored for €1 per item and resent for €1 plus shipping costs if purchased again.
The package does not include a return label. Return labels can be automatically generated to our address. Customers can create them themselves via the following link: retourenfulfillment.de.
You can either forward the link directly to your customers or embed it in your shop. Alternatively, you can generate the return labels yourself in your account on the order page and send them to the customer.
In both cases, the shipping costs for the return will be charged to your wallet or the connected payment method. If you do not want to offer free returns and the customers should cover the return shipping costs themselves, they must organize this independently and obtain the return label from the post office.

Please note that this service is only suitable for returns of items in perfect condition that do not fit, are not liked, or are returned for another reason, and not for complaints. Only items with their original, intact hangtags attached are accepted. Identification and assignment to your shop are based on the hangtag.
Defective or faulty items should not be returned. In such cases, please contact us directly by email at hello@printegy.de and include the relevant pictures. We will review the complaint as quickly as possible and get back to you with a solution.
Personalized products that cannot be sent to other customers again are, of course, not covered by the returns management.
