We are excited to introduce our new Affiliate Partner Program! From now on, you have the opportunity to earn extra money with Printegy. Join our partner program and earn 5% of the revenue from users you refer within one year.
Use your channels, acquaintances, or partnerships to recommend Printegy and benefit from every successful order from the shops you refer.
Here’s how it works:
- Application via Email:
Write a short email to hello@printegy.de and let us know that you want to join our partner program. Please provide the names of the shops that register with Printegy based on your recommendation.
- Earn Commission:
For every order from the shops you refer, you will receive a 5% commission from our net sales price (plus 19% VAT).
- Monthly Settlement:
The commission will be calculated monthly and sent to you via email with a report by the 10th of the following month and transferred to your Printegy wallet.

New shipping rules at Printegy: Premium shipping for international orders

As your reliable partner, we are constantly striving to not only offer high-quality printing products and excellent services but also to ensure that both you and your valued customers benefit from fast and smooth deliveries. For this reason, we are pleased to inform you that due to our continuously growing international customer base, we are introducing new shipping rules to ensure even better worldwide delivery.
Now three shipping zones apply to orders: deliveries within Germany, deliveries within the EU, and deliveries to the rest of the world. Customers within Germany remain unaffected by changes, as shipping continues reliably within 1-2 working days at a cost-effective rate of 3.50 euros.
For international orders, we now offer premium shipping as standard. This means that your orders will be delivered much faster. Additionally, international shipments now have the option of shipment tracking, providing you and your customers with maximum transparency.
With premium shipping, the price for shipments within the EU increases to 5.95 euros, while a rate of 7.95 euros applies to the rest of the world. With these changes, we aim to provide your international customers with a first-class service experience and open up more opportunities for your shops.

For all regions, the fee of 1 euro for each additional product continues to apply. This fee not only covers delivery costs but also the expenses for the careful processing and packaging of each individual product. This allows us to ensure that all products from the orders arrive safely and in the best condition to your customers.

Changes in order status updates
AnnouncementsDear Printegy friends,
we would like to inform you about some important changes in our order status updates aimed at enhancing your shopping experience and eliminating any confusion.
Starting now, we have removed the "Ready for Shipment" status from our order processing steps. Instead, the "Shipped" status will follow directly after the "In Production" status. This means that we typically ship orders right after production.
Additionally, we want to inform you that orders with incorrect addresses, which DHL cannot accept, will temporarily remain in the "Paid" status. These orders will transition to the "In Production" status only after the recipient's address has been corrected, and actual production will commence at that point.
Occasionally, some rare color and size combinations may be out of stock and need to be reordered from the manufacturer. Such orders will initially stay in the "In Production" status and will be produced promptly once the missing products arrive.
This ensures that you are always informed about the current status of your orders. We appreciate your feedback and are constantly working to optimize our processes to provide an even better experience for you.

The hectic pre-Christmas season, which we brilliantly navigated thanks to our dedicated team and advanced technologies, is already behind us! With Printegy, magic became a reality - amidst the pre-Christmas ordering frenzy, all orders from our warehouse were delivered on time under your customers' Christmas trees!
An eventful year is coming to an end, and we want to sincerely thank you for the successful collaboration and your trust. This trust has been justified with proud achievements: in 2023, our Printegy community has grown tenfold, and we've doubled our product range. We've also experienced numerous innovations that have further improved and optimized our service:
Our printing fleet has been expanded with more professional printing machines for even faster order processing.
New options: DTF and DTG printing are now available to you.
Simple returns management and renewed branding options have been introduced.

Important information: shipping times during the Pre-Christmas season

Please note that due to increased postal activity during the pre-Christmas season, processing and shipping times may be longer. To ensure that the products ordered in your shops are under the Christmas tree on time, your customers should place their orders no later than December 18th.
Orders placed by December 18th allow us to print the products and deliver them on time, up to and including December 23rd. All orders after this date are at your own risk and may not arrive in time for Christmas. We ask you to communicate this to your customers so that no one has to experience double the Christmas stress.

Many customers have noted that our products are even more beautiful in reality than they appear in the mockups. This feedback has motivated us to make the representation of our products even more authentic and appealing. We understand that mockups play a crucial role in your customers' purchasing decisions and, therefore, should showcase the products in the best light.
We are pleased to announce that we have launched a comprehensive campaign to enhance the quality of our mockups. Our goal is to create a realistic and appealing representation for all products to better engage your customers.
Please note that due to these improvements, there may be minor differences between previously created and new products. We will keep you informed as soon as we have updated all mockups!

Design Print Area Update

We have carried out an extensive update to our merchandise.
For several products, the design print areas on the chest and back have been enlarged, optimally aligned, and shifted towards the collar. Additionally, we have finally introduced back printing for all our children's and premium products. The color selection for some products has also been expanded. Of course, your previously uploaded products on Shopify remain unaffected by these changes. However, if you notice any irregularities, please do not hesitate to contact us!
