Our communication and service primarily focus on you as the shop owner. As our partner, you cover the total costs, including production and shipping, for your products. You determine the prices in your shop, so we are unaware of at what prices your customers are purchasing our products. This means we cannot issue an invoice directly to the customer. Pricing and invoicing are in your hands as the actual seller.

We are always here to support you, ensuring smooth production and taking care of shipping, billing, and returns management. However, invoicing the customer falls under your responsibility!
