How can I tell if orders from my Shopify shop have been transferred to Printegy?
If you have activated automatic order processing in Shopify, all incoming orders will be automatically forwarded to Printegy for processing. You can recognize this by the location of the order in Shopify being marked as "Printegy Fulfillment".
If you have manual order processing enabled in Shopify, you will need to manually select "Printegy Fulfillment".
In both cases, the order will appear in your Printegy app within a few minutes after successful transfer. If an order from Shopify does not appear in Printegy despite selecting "Printegy Fulfillment" in Shopify, please contact us at hello@printegy.de. Our support team will address your issue and investigate the status of the order!
