How are the orders from Shopify forwarded to Printegy?

You can customize the order processing format in Shopify according to your preferences and decide whether you want your orders to be automatically taken over and processed by us upon receipt, or if you prefer to manually approve and send them to Printegy for processing. This choice allows you to tailor the process to your individual needs and optimize the efficiency of your operations.

You can find the settings for this feature in your Shopify store under "Settings" > "Checkout" > "Order Processing". There, you can easily select the desired option and configure your order processing accordingly.
