Why is the shipment status not changing?

You've probably experienced this before: you've received an order from a customer, but the shipment status stubbornly remains "Shipment electronically announced." Don't worry, this is not uncommon. Here's the explanation:

Once an order is fully processed by us, a tracking number is automatically generated. However, it can take up to 48 hours for the status to update. Why? The simple answer is that shipping carriers are not always able to scan packages immediately after pickup. The volume of packages shipped daily is just too large. Therefore, they are scanned in batches later, even though they have already left our production facility and are on their way to customers.

The status update typically occurs in the next step, namely at the distribution center of the respective shipping carrier.

We understand that the waiting period can be frustrating and strive to make the process as smooth as possible. However, if the shipping status of your order remains unchanged for 7 days, we can initiate an inquiry with the shipping carrier.
