Why do production and delivery get delayed?
At Printegy, not only is the quality of our products of utmost importance, but also swift and efficient processing. We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible and dispatch them to your customers. Typically, our production takes only 1-2 days, and orders are usually crafted and securely packaged for shipment no later than the next day after receiving the order.
However, there are both external and internal factors that can occasionally slow down this smooth process. In most cases, external factors, unfortunately beyond our control, can lead to delays:
- Incomplete delivery addresses: At times, we receive orders with incomplete or inaccurate delivery addresses. In such cases, we need to contact you as the shop owner to obtain the missing information before we can proceed with shipping the order.

Necessary design adjustments: If the uploaded print files do not meet the required specifications, we may request adjustments. This can extend the production time, as we want to ensure that the end result meets your expectations and those of your customers. The speed in such cases also depends on how quickly you respond to our guidance.

Delivery service delays: Despite our efforts to dispatch orders promptly, we rely on delivery services such as DHL. Occasionally, delays on the part of the delivery service, beyond our control, can occur.
In rare cases, internal factors can also contribute to delays. For some of our products, we offer a wide range of colors and sizes. Occasionally, we may need to reorder rare color and size combinations from the manufacturer, leading to an extension of the production time. However, for our basic products, we do offer 'Same Day' production for most colors and sizes.
It's important to note that such delays are exceptional. Generally, we provide outstanding production and delivery, highly appreciated by our customers and their customers.
