However, in exceptional cases, it may happen that the product you sold is not immediately available. This can be due to various factors, such as a sudden sell-out or general supply shortages, particularly affecting niche sizes or special colors. Despite our sustainable inventory planning as a Print on Demand provider, we are not immune to these external influences. In such cases, the processing of your order may take a bit longer as we need to reorder rare color and size combinations from the manufacturer. Nevertheless, order processing remains within an acceptable timeframe.

If, by rare chance, a product is not available from us or the manufacturer in the short term, we have a plan B. We automatically replace the unavailable product with an equally high-quality alternative. You and your customers are our top priority, and we want to ensure that you don't experience any disadvantages due to Print on Demand processes.
