How can I change the address in the order?

If you're a shop owner looking to make changes to your customers' orders, you have the option to do so yourself. The process is straightforward as long as the order has not yet reached the "in production" status. Here's how you can proceed:

  1. Go to your Printegy dashboard and click on the "Orders" section.
  2. Locate the order you wish to modify and click on it.
  3. In the order overview section, you'll find options for editing your order. You can correct or change details like customer names and addresses if there are errors or omissions.

It's important to note that these changes are only possible as long as the order has not reached the "in production" status. If, however, the item is already in the production process, please contact us at hello@printegy.de and let us know what adjustments you need for the order. We typically process your request within the same day!

If you need to make significant changes to the order, such as adding a different product to the order or replacing a product, we recommend placing a new order separately to avoid any misunderstandings with production and billing.
