The process regarding the tracking number for orders through your Shopify store and for direct orders with Printegy is structured as follows:

Orders through your Shopify store:

Our ordering process through Shopify is designed to make the transaction as smooth as possible. After we process the order and it receives a shipping label, the package data is automatically transmitted to Shopify and stored under the order information.

Shopify then automatically handles communication with the customer and sends an email with a personalized design and text that you, as the shop owner on Shopify, have set. This ensures personalized and clear communication.

Direct orders with Printegy:

When it comes to direct orders, we automatically send the tracking number to you. You can forward this number directly to the customer if needed.
