How long does it take to process returns?

If you have activated Printegy's return management, the returned products will generally be processed within 3 business days after the return arrives at our fulfillment center.

Returns are processed every Tuesday and Friday. If your return does not appear in the "Returns" section of your account, it has either not been delivered yet or is waiting for scheduled processing in 2 days.

If your return has not been processed for a long time and is not visible in your account, please contact us directly at hello@printegy.de. Our support team will take care of your request and investigate the status of your return!
