Why are certain sizes/colors suddenly unavailable in my online store?

When a product in a particular color or size is unavailable, we automatically substitute with alternatives of better quality to ensure that your customers still have a satisfactory selection. If we cannot find an identical alternative that matches the ordered product 1-to-1, we would reach out to you, propose a similar product, and only proceed with the replacement after obtaining your approval.
However, in extremely rare cases, we may be unable to find a suitable alternative. In such exceptional instances, the affected product may be temporarily unavailable for order. Once the product is back in stock, it will be automatically updated in your shop, allowing your customers to reorder without any additional steps on your part.
