Why am I not receiving invoices for the top-ups to my wallet?

Could it be that you've ever wondered where the invoices for your wallet top-ups are? Your wallet top-ups are financial transactions where you transfer money to your wallet account. These transactions do not involve a service provided or a change of ownership, which is why no specific invoice is issued in this context.

However, for every order you place using your wallet account, we always generate an individual invoice. This invoice includes production and shipping costs and is available in your Printegy dashboard under the "Invoice" section. After shipment, you have the option to download the invoice.
