Who ships the finished products to my customers?

When it comes to shipping products, Printegy takes care of the entire order processing for you and securely dispatches them to your customers. But who exactly is listed as the sender on the shipping label? You have the choice between three options, easily adjustable in the app settings:

1) Your shop, your address: Do you want your shop name and address to appear on the delivery note? No problem! However, be aware that in the case of a complaint or return, packages will be sent to your address.

2) Printegy as the sender: To direct returns directly to Printegy and avoid them coming back to you, you can select our address and Printegy (Fulfillment Center) as the sender. This ensures that all returns land directly with us.

3) Combination of your shop name and Fulfillment Center address: Do you prefer a combination of both options? Enter your shop name in conjunction with the address of our Fulfillment Center.

Regardless of the option you choose, Printegy offers you flexible possibilities to tailor the shipping process to your needs.
