Do extra shipping costs apply to additional products?

In the world of online shopping, transparency is crucial, especially when it comes to shipping costs. At Printegy, we want to ensure that as a shop owner, you understand exactly how our pricing model for shipping costs is structured:

Different shipping prices apply to different regions:

Within Germany: 3.50 euros

Within the EU: 5.95 euros

Rest of the world: 7.95 euros

Regardless of the region, the fee for each additional product is only 1 euro. This means that if you add additional items to your order, you will only pay a minimal amount per additional product. To make it clearer, let's assume you have an order for three T-shirts for shipping to Germany. The shipping cost for the first product is 3.50 euros. For the two additional T-shirts, only 1 euro each is charged. So, in total, you would pay 5.50 euros for the shipping of three products.

The logic behind the costs:

Additional costs for extra products within an order are a common practice in the market and have a clear rationale. Shipping costs not only include the pure delivery expenses but also cover the costs of carefully processing and packaging each individual product. This allows us to ensure that orders arrive safely and in the best condition for your customers.

Our pricing system is designed so that, as a customer, you benefit despite these minimal additional costs. The quality of our products and the excellent service we provide are always our top priorities. Even with the low additional costs, we remain competitive and can continue to offer top-notch products at fair prices.

The same logic in returns management:

This logic also applies in returns management. For example, if your product is returned, a small fee of 1 euro is charged for processing the return. Similarly, a processing fee of 1 euro per respective product is applied when reshipping.
