Is there a care instructions guide for the textiles?

To ensure the quality of the products and prints lasts as long as possible and your customers enjoy them, we strongly recommend following these washing and care instructions:

• Washing: Inside out and at a maximum of 30°C.
• Dryer: Do not use.
• Bleach/Softener: Do not use.
• Dry cleaning: Do not perform.
• Ironing: At low temperature.

Your customers will also receive this information printed in their packages. Please also highlight this online, as products that have not been treated according to instructions cannot be claimed in case of damage.

If your customers experience any issues with the product or print despite proper care, please contact us at hello@printegy.de and include photos of the damage. Our support team will assist and either send a replacement free of charge or refund the order amount.
