In which countries and under what conditions are our products manufactured?

The question of the manufacturing location of our products is crucial, especially in the world of online commerce and the clothing industry, where human rights and environmental regulations are often disregarded. At Printegy, we are firmly committed to sourcing our products exclusively from manufacturers who produce under fair working conditions and, whenever possible, sustainable circumstances. A significant portion of our products comes from renowned manufacturers such as B&C, Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Build your Brand, SOL'S, and Stanley/Stella.

1. B&C

B&C produces its clothing in Bangladesh under ethically sound conditions. As a member of the Fair Wear Foundation, the company has been a Fair Wear Leader since 2022, advocating for the well-being of workers. They use high-quality materials made from sustainable fibers, including organic cotton, organic-in-conversion cotton, and recycled polyester. All clothing items from B&C are certified according to the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, ensuring they are free from harmful chemicals and substances. This minimizes their environmental impact and ensures safety and comfort for both the consumer and the individuals involved in the clothing production process.

2. Fruit of the Loom

Fruit of the Loom produces in Morocco and places a special focus on sustainable manufacturing. The location, responsible for 90 percent of textiles for the European market, derives three-quarters of its energy from renewable sources, primarily wind power. Almost two-thirds of the utilized water is treated and recycled. The company is a member of the Better Cotton Initiative and the Cotton Leads program, indicating a commitment to more sustainable cotton production. Fruit of the Loom also addresses working conditions and safety while pursuing ambitious goals in recycling and the use of renewable energy.

3. Gildan

Products from the Gildan brand are primarily produced in Central America. Gildan is committed to adhering to strict codes of conduct in all its production facilities. Membership in WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) and the FLA (Fair Labor Association) ensures compliance with local and international labor laws for the protection of employees.

4. SOL'S

The brand SOL'S primarily produces its items in Bangladesh and focuses its efforts on four key areas: the quality of its products, reducing the ecological footprint, improving working and living conditions at production facilities (including education, women's rights, and medical research). By strictly adhering to regulations, they ensure that their suppliers meet high standards in all phases, whether it be raw material sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, or transportation. This is ensured through regular independent inspections at production sites. Additionally, they demonstrate their commitment to sustainable practices by obtaining labels and certifications such as OEKO-TEX®, FAIR WEAR, ISO, REACH, and ORGANIC 100.

5. Stanley/Stella

Stanley/Stella produces approximately 95% of its clothing in Bangladesh. Their factories are GOTS-certified and undergo regular inspections by the Fair Wear Foundation, of which Stanley/Stella is a recognized member. The company prefers ecological or recycled materials that are gentle on both the skin and the environment. With the strictest eco-certifications and seals in the market for the entire production chain, they demonstrate their commitment to sustainable practices.
