What payment options are available at Printegy?
At Printegy, you can choose the option that suits you best: automatic credit card debits or wallet top-ups. Below, we explain both options in detail so you can select the one that fits your needs:
1. Automatic Credit Card Debit:
- Add your credit card to your account. To do so, go to "Billing" → "Payment methods".
- Validate the card through the Stripe platform, which handles the transactions. You’ll receive a validation link via email.
- Once an order is placed, the due amount will be automatically charged to your card.
- Automatic debits save you significant time but can be enabled or disabled at any time if you prefer to switch back to wallet top-ups.
2. Wallet Top-Ups:
With the wallet option, you pay for your orders manually:
- You can top up your wallet in advance or after placing an order with the required amount.
- Orders are only processed, and production begins when your wallet has sufficient funds.
- Once funds are available, they are automatically deducted for processing your order. If an order cannot proceed due to insufficient funds, we will notify you via email.
- You can conveniently top up your wallet via bank transfer or PayPal.
If you’d like to have the remaining wallet balance refunded to your original payment method, please contact our support team at hello@printegy.de. Your funds will usually be returned to your account within a few days.
